Join us for a Super Zoomers Class on September 30th with 50+ Zoomers from across the city. Wear your sneakers and come for an hour of great exercise and fun to terrific music and Zoomer leaders! Zoomers is a falls prevention exercise program that focuses on strength, flexibility and balance.
